What gives you energy?
Lots of things... Exercise, whether it's a good workout or a quiet yin yoga class or meditation. Nature. My son. Pure, unprocessed, healthy food. Laughing with my friends and sleeping early.
What’s your personal mantra?
Difficult to choose one, I have so many: Love yourself enough to live a healthy lifestyle. Thoughts are forces. Never try never know.
What does “sustainable sportswear” mean to you?
For me, the choice of sustainable sportswear is much more than just a personal preference; it is a conscious decision that fits a broader vision of health and environmental responsibility. In our world of rapid consumption and growing environmental problems, I strongly believe that every choice we make has an impact.
Sportswear is something that many of us use and replace on a regular basis. By choosing clothing that is produced in an ethical manner, from materials that are sustainable and environmentally friendly, we contribute to a reduced ecological footprint. This is not only about the material itself, but also about how it is obtained, processed, and ultimately recycled or decomposed.
Furthermore, choosing sustainable sportswear is a vote for fair labor practices. It's about supporting brands that are transparent about their supply chain, that provide safe and fair working conditions, and that pay fair wages. This aspect of social sustainability is just as important as the environmental aspect.
